c e johnson is a Brewton, Alabama based artist and potter interested in utilizing locally sourced Alabama minerals like marble, shale, basalt stone, and chalk, to create ceramic glazes and clay bodies for pottery. Johnson processes these materials by hand and makes work in small batches and limited runs.
